Challenge

Google Pay was launching within a cluttered and confusing e-payments category.

­­Strategy

By making payments for the smaller everyday transactions simpler, something bigger, more significant, could be made just that little bit simpler too. Our approach was to engage the audience at an emotional level, in contrast to the largely functional and transactional communication landscape of the category.
