Brand development project for a cloud kitchen

Challenge

In a cluttered fast food and cloud kitchen branding market, a new entrant in the wraps and rolls restaurant space needed a differentiated positioning and a brand developed from scratch. I ran the marketing positioning exercise, then ran a pitch to onboard a brand and creative agency and briefed and worked with them continuously to develop the brand.

Strategy + Creative Development

Developed the brief and selection criteria to hire an agency based on the brand positioning I developed with and for the client. Worked with the agency to give creative feedback at every step - naming, the brand’s visual identity, packaging, website and app development and then eventually the first social and influencer campaign.

Result

A brand that continues to differentiate in a cluttered category, the kitchen expanded operations within 8 months.
